  • If you told us as little girls that we would write a book together and that it would eventually be made into a real life thing for everyone to read, we would've collectively cried the happiest of tears. It's crazy to think that even the wildest of dreams could someday become reality.
  • What do you do to overcome writer's block? 📝 One of our favorite tricks is to write with pen and paper instead of with a laptop. It's such a simple switch, but it really helps to get those creative juices flowing!
  • Our first book signing was about two weeks ago and we’re still so proud of the experience. Thank you so much to @ontariolibraryassociation for having us and @InkyardPress' Canadian team for being such great hosts. We really had a great time living it up in the Land of Justin Trudeau, Drake, Degrassi, and maple syrup. 🇨🇦
  • Are you less serious about your dreams if you aren’t willing to uproot your life and quit your job to follow them? If you let the internet tell it, yes you are. 😌

You hear success stories everywhere of people talking about how they left the job they hated and are now fulfilling their hearts’ desires, traveling the world, visiting far off places that you can’t even pronounce. ⠀
⠀

  • Show up. Every time. It's easier said than done.⠀
⠀
Something that we've had to work on is being consistent. There's so much truth in the belief that you might not have the most talent, but there's power in working hard and being diligent in your pursuits.⠀
⠀
How do you make sure that you're intentional in making your dreams come true?
  • ✨Bookblogger highlight! ✨ @booksandbighair is a booktuber who also happens to have a debut novel releasing Fall of this year. "THE FORGOTTEN GIRL is a middle grade novel about a girl who accidentally summons a ghost on a snowy night. With the help of her best friend, family, and neighbors, she must solve a mystery to help the spirit bring justice to an abandoned segregated graveyard and finally find peace." #Novel19s
  • At the start of the New Year, we committed to working out consistently and eat healthy too. How are you doing with your 2019 plans so far?
  • We're headed to #Canada for @ontariolibraryassociation’s 2019 Super Conference—our first author book signing! *faints* #OLASC
  • Is it still a throwback if Christmas was only a month ago? We're gonna say yes because this pic of @dressupwithdress is too cute not to share. ☺️#InHerEllement // 📷 : @dressupwithjess
