As of March 20th, spring is officially here! And you know what that means.

But I’m not just talking about rummaging through old clothes that’ll never see the light of day again and giving them to charity. Or actually just blasting the Spice Girls while pretending to clean the house
I’m talking about an internal spring-cleaning.
Just think about it. There’s no better time than the beginning of a new season to reorganize your thoughts, create some new goals for the next three months, and move toward bettering yourself.
Out with the old and in with the new, right?
And don’t think you have to go crazy with your aspirations for yourself. Start small!
Want to read more books? Join or create a small audio book club with some girlfriends. Need to eat healthier? Slowly replace bad foods with healthier alternatives. (I’m still working on this one myself.)
In the immortal words of Nina Simone, “it’s a new dawn. It’s a new day. It’s a new life.” Make it the best it can be.
